whereby . denotes an open connector and --- denotes a bridge. View the board with the fan towards you, the serial connector to the right and the gigaports to the left of you. The given setting should then be read from left to right. Rotate the design 90 degrees CCW for vertically aligned jumpers.
disclaimer: these results are by no means `official'. I simply copied these settings from a board that I had laying around. In all probability I was using a Rev. B0 board.
